"Late Sunday, I came by the mill to watch the sheep graze and found instead, the stillness of an August afternoon, just before the lush greens are transformed into the vibrant colors of a new season. I sensed that summer was nearly over; the leaves would fall and nearly disappear. "We'll all return soon", I thought. "The sheep will be grazing again amongst the greens of summer on another calm Sunday afternoon."
